Role Summary

Mid-market companies (30–499 employees) are among the fastest adopters of zero-trust security—and they expect speed. As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll own a high-velocity pipeline, converting trial users and inbound leads into long-term champions. You’ll move fast, manage a large volume of opportunities, and lead with clarity through short sales cycles. You’ll demo the product yourself, collaborate with Sales Engineering when needed, and guide each deal from first touch through close. This role is all about execution: delivering repeatable results, refining our PLG-assist motion, and helping us expand our footprint in this critical growth segment.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of closing experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales, preferably in security, developer tools, or IT infrastructure.
  • Comfortable demoing a technical product and selling to IT admins and security stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, direct, and customer-focused.
  • Familiarity with PLG assist or product-qualified lead (PQL) motions.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Disciplined in MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.

You're obsessed with CRM hygiene . It’s okay—we are too. Clean, detailed notes help us improve the product, sharpen our ICP, and power marketing efforts that make it easier for you to close deals.

You’re meticulously organized. You send clear, action-oriented, and timely follow-ups while maintaining accurate CRM records.

You run past the finish line. Your involvement doesn’t end at close—you ensure customers are successfully onboarded and smoothly handed off to Customer Success.

Your passion drives your expertise. You’re curious by nature and can become conceptually technical in complex industries like IAM, compliance, and security.

You’re not afraid to put on your hard hat . You help build processes where none exist.

You may not be a great fit if…

You dislike prospecting. While we supply 60% of your pipeline with warm hand-raisers (demo requests, not white paper downloads), we expect you to hunt for the remaining 40% using modern, signal-based outbound strategies.

You hand off the hard parts. Our reps must be able to pitch AND demo. You lean on SEs when needed, but you know your way around the platform.

Interview Process

We run a rigorous and thoughtful interview process to make sure the fit is right—for both you and us. You’ll have plenty of time to learn about YeshID, ask questions, and get a real sense of how we work.

Initial Screen – A quick conversation to get to know each other.

Sales Deep Dive – We’ll walk through deals you’ve owned and how you run your process.

Technical Understanding & SE Collaboration – We want to see how you work with technical teammates and explain complex ideas clearly.

Growth Mindset & Culture Fit – A conversation focused on how you work, learn, and collaborate in a fast-moving environment.

Sales Exercise + Panel Conversation – The exercise helps us understand how you think, and you’ll meet with cross-functional teammates to experience how we work together.
