Job summary

VML seeks a Program Manager to lead the Commerce team on a major global client in the beverage sector. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, integrated campaigns across TV, print, radio, social, and display, while balancing scope, schedule, and budget.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, manage client relationships with Account Management, and evolve processes to maximize ROI. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a collaborative One Team mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience managing complex, integrated marketing projects in an agency or consulting environment.
• Experience working on commerce-focused clients or a strong understanding of the commerce space.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically to overcome challenges.
• Proven ability to lead team and client meetings, tailoring communications to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet high standards under tight deadlines.
• Deep passion for the marketing and advertising industry and desire to contribute to the team's success.
• Exceptional scoping and project management skills, with ability to estimate timelines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the delivery of exceptional work that is delivered on time and within budget, and pushes creative boundaries.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery and execution of large-scale, integrated projects in commerce.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate delays; translate scope, schedule, and pricing into Client Proposals and Statements of Work.
• Inspire and direct cross-functional teams to produce award-winning work; partner with Account Management on scope and client relationships.
