Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, adtech, martech, or commerce media.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising stack including ad serving, targeting, measurement, and delivery.
• Experience writing detailed technical requirements and working with engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience integrating third-party technologies within advertising ecosystems and vendor onboarding.
• Experience navigating governance, compliance, and regulatory approvals in large or regulated organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management to align commercial and technical teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and creating structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap for ad and offers capabilities, translating priorities into delivery plans and ensuring on-time shipping.
• Write and own detailed technical requirements and business specs for engineering teams.
• Serve as liaison between commercial and technology groups to align requirements and manage trade-offs.
• Manage third-party AdTech/MarTech integrations, vendor relationships, and timelines.
• Lead product testing and QA, ensuring capabilities meet standards before launch.
• Navigate legal, risk, and regulatory reviews for new features within governance.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure risk-aware decision-making with respect to Citi’s reputation and compliance.
