Summary

The Commerce Operations Analyst role, which focuses on Personalization & Promotions, is an individual contributor level position within the Digital Commerce Operations team. It is responsible for implementing pricing/promotions and content personalization for the US-based website, the Loyalty program, and the Canada-based website.

Responsibilities

• Implement all pricing, promotion, and coupon setup for http://bathandbodyworks.com, and/or http://www.bathandbodyworks.ca including everyday promos, event promotions, direct mail promotions, single use codes, and appeasement codes.
• Validate promotions including verifying offer logic, iterating promotional disclaimers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Implement campaign setup for rewards, accelerators, and events for Loyalty Members in the Bond Synapze platform.
• Partner with legal team to manage disclaimer library and draft new disclaimers for cross-functional team approval.
• Perform quality assurance testing such as website & app proofing, marketing email testing, promotion code testing, etc.
• Manage customer group logic and ranking strategy, providing handoffs to content team to implement as needed.
• Evaluate feasibility of pricing & promotion A/B testing, report back to leaders on execution plan, and coordinate set up for all channels.
• Ensure that all promo language across channels is accurate and consistent.
• Serve as subject matter expert on promo logic and feasibility.
• Assist in proactively communicating with the customer care center regarding new functionality, A/B testing, daily updates, and promotional nuances.
• Make updates to Shipping Methods, and the Scent-scription subscription-based program periodically.
• Documentation creation, including training materials and process guides.
• Ensure 24 x 7 site & app operational integrity via participation in team-based on call rotations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of digital business experience preferred
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage time & multi-task in a fast environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Experience learning new technical applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Workfront Proof or Moveable Ink a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
