The Role

Join the innovative and dynamic Guidant Financial team as a remote Sales Operations Specialist! In this vital role, you'll enhance our sales operations by managing data and generating insightful reports in Salesforce, which are crucial for decision-making. You will also lead training on process improvements to ensure team efficiency, support operational tasks, and own sales data and tools to boost our workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate, monitor, and communicate key sales metrics to empower leadership in developing strategies
• Develop and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Identify opportunities for sales training and manage weekly schedules
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement Salesforce reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce through audits and corrections
• Manage data structures, hierarchies, and permissions within Salesforce
• Support sales forecasting and strategic planning with accurate data insights
• Train and assist end-users in Salesforce tools and best practices
• Handle administrative duties like training coordination, workflow management, and communication
• Maintain and update Salesforce architecture and tools
• Manage incentive programs and review sales contracts and materials
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective collaboration with departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment
