Ugam, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, seeks a Director of Commerce Analytics to lead analytics strategy and delivery for a major enterprise account. You will pair business acumen with AI/ML insight, manage a blended onshore/offshore team, and translate client needs into end-to-end analytics solutions across pricing, assortment, and competitive intelligence.

You will shape the practice, drive weekly status, and ensure solutions live in the client's environment with solid governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commerce, retail, or merchandising analytics with depth in two areas
• Strong business acumen and client leadership experience
• Onshore/offshore delivery leadership and ability to translate business needs into technical plans

Responsibilities

• Own analytics craft end to end for the account and present proposals to the client
• Lead and manage a blended onshore/offshore pod across time zones
• Maintain governance, documentation, and value cadence with milestones and risk management
• Grow the account by converting delivered value into expanded scope and opportunities
