The Commencement and Graduation Program Coordinator serves as the functional lead for commencement operations and provides advanced administrative oversight for assigned functions within Registrar and Student Success Operations. The position is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of university commencement ceremonies and related graduation activities, exercising independent judgment and decision-making within established university policies and approval frameworks. Working closely with university leadership, academic and administrative departments, external partners, and vendors, the position manages complex projects, operational processes, budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of one of the university's most visible student-facing events.
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
This position requires a background check. The individual must also assure that NCAA, Conference and UNF regulations are followed to the best of their knowledge and any violations thereof are reported to UNF Athletic Compliance.
