Job summary

Blu Omega Inc. seeks a Sr. Scientist to support a federal border security program in a Riverside, CA hybrid environment.

The role focuses on mission-critical systems, including systems engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, and systems integration for surveillance and communication operations. Responsibilities include designing and integrating C4I interfaces, evolving tracker systems, and implementing software and documentation to support CBP activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, Math, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting systems engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain CBP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, and systems integration for border security operations.
• Evaluate, design, and redesign C4I tracker and correlator systems to meet evolving user requirements.
• Develop and implement advanced C4I interfaces for sensors and data sources.
• Perform system design, software development, configuration, installation, upgrades, and documentation.
