Responsibilities include investigating intrusion attempts, reviewing SIEM events, and coordinating with partners to support claims, safety, and business needs. Candidates must be 21+ with a valid license and be able to work nights or weekends if required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Verifiable ten-year work history required.
• Military, police, or security guard experience preferred but not required.
• Understand CCTV and remote viewing systems.
• Ability to react to high-stress situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Experience troubleshooting a variety of electronics issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve intrusion attempts.
