What We Do

We help homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability through expert plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. When a system replacement or major upgrade is needed, our Comfort Consultants step in to guide customers through the decision process.

Your Role: HVAC Comfort Consultant

As a Comfort Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners when a new HVAC system or major upgrade is needed. Your role is to listen, educate, and present solutions that fit the customer’s home, comfort needs, and budget – then confidently close the sale.

This is a consultative, in‑home sales role, not cold calling or retail sales.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and existing HVAC systems
• Present replacement and upgrade options for residential HVAC systems
• Build trust and rapport to guide customers to confident buying decisions
• Create accurate, detailed sales proposals that transition smoothly to the install team
• Clearly explain system options, pricing, financing, and warranties
• Achieve individual and department sales goals
• Work closely with service technicians, install teams, and operations
• Become an expert in the Tallahassee market and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in in‑home sales, HVAC sales, or residential service sales
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer‑friendly way
• Confidence closing sales while maintaining integrity and professionalism
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and accountable
• Comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software

(HVAC experience preferred but not required – strong sales professionals with in‑home experience are encouraged to apply.)
