Competenze

• In-home sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and generate customer referrals.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Who You Are

• Outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be willing to generate customer referrals
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements
• Have strong customer relationship management skills
• In‑home sales experience would be a plus
• Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred
• Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job
