Job summary

Flow-Tech in Indiana is seeking elite in-home Comfort Advisors to close warm leads and build lasting homeowner trust. Expect uncapped earnings, weekly pay, and a strong support system during peak season. You’ll assess needs, present customized comfort solutions, and close high-value installations.

Applicants should have 4+ years in HVAC or plumbing sales, with certifications like BPI/NCI preferred. A driver’s license and a goal-driven mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC or plumbing system sales experience
• Experience in related in-home sales industries (windows, roofing, bath/kitchen, insulation, home performance) is a major plus
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and value-based selling
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
• Present customized comfort solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, and home performance
• Deliver high-impact, consultative sales presentations that build value

• Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
