Scottsdale Air invites you to join an amazing team with a long-standing valley presence and a commitment to service excellence. We are adding a skilled Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose optimal HVAC solutions.

As part of the role, you will conduct in-home consultations, present HVAC options, prepare estimates, close sales, follow up, and maintain records. Training and growth opportunities accompany a competitive compensation plan and full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful sales and/or customer service experience. Consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $120,000 USD
