Job summary

Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home consultations, present HVAC solutions, and close sales. The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of successful sales and/or customer service experience.
• Interest in HVAC systems and sales.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical information clearly.

• Current valid driver's license in the state you will work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.

• Prepare pricing estimates based on customer requirements and guidelines.
• Close sales by applying effective sales techniques and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful sales and/or customer service experience. Consultative sales experience is a plus!
• Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales.

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $120,000 USD
