Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor in California. You will use a consultative approach to help homeowners choose HVAC solutions, explain financing options, and follow through with new and existing customers while meeting sales goals.

The role offers company-provided leads, uncapped commission, paid training, and a company vehicle with gas card. Office located in Hayward, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required).
• Strong ability to understand basic HVAC equipment concepts.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Must be willing to undergo standard drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to present options to customers.
• Leads provided by the company.
• Present customer purchasing options including financing.
• Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests.
• Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Bring your sales experience to a role helping homeowners choose HVAC solutions that fit their homes and needs. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll use a consultative approach to explain equipment options, present financing, and follow through with new and existing customers while meeting sales goals.

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $100,000 USD - $200,000 USD
