Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air in Hayward, CA is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose solutions, present financing, and meet sales goals. You’ll work with company-provided leads, enjoy uncapped commissions, paid training, and a company vehicle.

Bring your sales experience to a role helping homeowners choose HVAC solutions that fit their homes and needs. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll use a consultative approach to explain equipment options, present financing, and follow through with new and existing customers while meeting sales goals.

The role includes company-provided leads, uncapped commission, paid training, and a company vehicle and gas card.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $200,000 USD
