ASI Hastings Inc. seeks a highly motivated Plumbing and HVAC Sales Specialist in San Diego to educate customers on HVAC and plumbing solutions and conduct in-home or virtual consultations.

You will recommend and upsell systems, present tailored pricing/options, and close sales while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with project teams. The role requires a strong sales background, at least 3 years’ experience, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for customer service.

Qualificações

• Valid Driver’s License – Required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience – Required.
• Strong knowledge or understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to build trust and close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers on HVAC and plumbing solutions.
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess plumbing and HVAC needs.
• Recommend and upsell systems such as water heaters, water treatment/filtration, drain and sewer, HVAC systems, ductwork repairs/replacements, and energy-efficient upgrades.
• Present tailored solutions with clear pricing and financing options.
• Close sales by building trust, overcoming objections, and providing clear value.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and open opportunities with persistence and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and sales stages in CRM.
• Work closely with project managers, dispatchers, and technicians.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, code compliance, rebates, and industry trends.
• Attend ongoing sales training to continuously improve skills and closing techniques.

  • System upgrades for energy efficiency or comfort
• Present tailored solutions with clear pricing and financing options
• Close sales by building trust, overcoming objections, and providing clear value
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and open opportunities with persistence and professionalism

Work Conditions:

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $180,000 USD
