Job summary

ASI Heating and Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to oversee residential plumbing installations in the San Diego area. This full-time, hands-on leadership role emphasizes quality workmanship, efficient installation practices, and adherence to safety standards.

The position requires availability for full shifts and overtime, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The successful candidate will lead installations from start to finish, supervise team members,

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage installations efficiently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Plumbing Install Lead will oversee residential plumbing installations, support team members, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform residential plumbing installations from start to finish
• Cut, assemble, and install piping and tubing while working safely around existing infrastructure (electrical, framing, etc.)
• Utilize a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Ensure installations are completed to code and company quality standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Support and collaborate with team members across departments as needed

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $75,000 USD - $125,000 USD
