Job summary

Iceberg Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to help homeowners select optimal heating and cooling solutions. The role involves consultative sales, building trust, and meeting sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Field-based position with on-the-road work and a compensation package based on commission. The company offers a 100% commission structure, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, PTO, company vehicle, and modern sales
