Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor changes in clients' health and report to care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
