Job summary

Maya Home Care in New Jersey is seeking dedicated HHA professionals to join our boutique PCA/Companion team. We focus on compassionate, personalized in-home care and seek caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
