Job summary

Richard Construction Inc. (RCI) is seeking experienced Industrial Welders to join our team in Texas. The role involves welding, fabrication, and assisting pipe fitters in implementing industrial piping systems across projects.

Welders perform pipe welding, vessel and tank work, and support rigging and safety processes. Multiple levels (Welder Leadman to Welder III) with certifications are available based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to weld in 2g, 4g, and 6g positions.
• Must pass weld test and hold current welding certification.
• Experience with stick and TIG welding on pipe.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Able to meet physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, and assist pipe fitters with installation.
• Weld piping attachments, vessels, and structural components.
• Set up equipment and perform various welding processes.
• Identify safety risks and equipment.
• Ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
