Turner Industries in Plaquemine, LA seeks a Combo Welder for a maintenance role. You will lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble tanks, vessels, pipes and structural parts. The job requires passing a weld test and welding certification, with post-offer drug and safety screening.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing arc/MIG/TIG/Gas welds, and possibly bolting or riveting parts. The role emphasizes safety compliance and adherence to site procedures.

Competenze

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in welding.
• Must pass a weld test before hire.
• Must be certified as a welder.
• Post offer drug/alcohol screen and safety policy acknowledgment.

Mansioni

• Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble structures.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using arc, heliarc, gas, MIG, TIG processes.
• May assemble parts by bolting and riveting and may weld pipe and structural elements.
