Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Combo Welder for a maintenance position in Pace, FL. The Welder lays out, fits, and welds fabricated components to assemble tanks, piping, and structural forms. Non-exempt role reporting to the Foreman with duties per procedures.

Essential qualifications include a minimum of four years of welding experience, welder certification, and the ability to pass a weld test. A post-offer drug screen and physical are required, along with client safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of welding experience.
• Must be certified as a welder.
• Must pass weld test before hire.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• Job-site safety requirements per client.

Responsibilities

• Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding.
• Sets up equipment and welds parts, may assemble by bolting.
• Welds pipe and structural components by arc, MIG, TIG processes.
