Austin Industrial is seeking a Journeyman Welder for on-site work in a heavy industrial setting. You will weld and assemble metal components per layouts and procedures, maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of welding experience, can read blueprints, and are able to work in challenging environments. Compliance with PPE and site safety rules is essential.

Qualificações

• Journeyman welder with 3–5 years of experience.
• Ability to read layouts, blueprints, and weld procedures.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

Responsabilidades

• Weld or tack weld pieces using spot welding gun or hand tools.
• Unite pipes from torch to tanks and operate valves.
• Preheat work pieces and prepare for welding.
• Check weld quality and ensure dimensions meet specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with crane signaling and material handling as needed.
