Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pipe combo welding in an industrial construction setting.
• OSHA 10 preferred; AWS certified preferred.
• Must have locking toolbox and tools necessary to perform the job.
• Must be able to complete all pre-hire requirements.
• This assignment involves 100% x-ray inspection of welds.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts prior to welding.
• Weld metal components of piping systems, plates, pipes, and tubes per drawings and procedures.
• Read and interpret prints, plans, and work orders.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions as required.
• Secure pipes to structures using brackets, clamps, and hangers.
