Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking Combo Pipe Welders for our Lebanon, IN job site. Positions involve 6/10s and 13 on, with a $47–$49 per hour wage and a $150/day per diem while on schedule. You must bring a locking tool box and the necessary welding tools to start work.

Responsibilities include laying out, aligning, and welding piping systems and plates per blueprints and welding procedures. Expect tests in GTAW/SMAW on carbon and stainless pipe, with 12-hour shifts in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pipe combo welding in an industrial construction setting.
• Must successfully pass weld tests and read prints/plans.
• OSHA 10 preferred; AWS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts before welding.
• Weld components of piping systems and structures using GTAW/SMAW.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions as required.
• Interpret blueprints and welding procedures; plan installation to avoid obstructions.
• Secure pipes to structures with brackets, clamps, and hangers.
