Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. seeks a Combat System Test & Evaluation (T&E) Specialist to provide T&E services to the PEO IWS RCO from component to system level. You will lead/assist test planning, coordination, and reporting across lab, ship-based, and field testing.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 20–30% travel, with a strong background in combat systems, radar, and EW applications. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist and/or lead test planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting for lab, ship-based, and field testing.
• Collaborate with Government, field sites, IPTs and vendors to develop, locate, and manage test requirements.
• Write and follow field test plans; produce test reports.
• Support meetings, presentations, publications, correspondence, and action-item tracking for Combat System programs.
• Prepare and/or review T&E documentation (plans, master plans, test procedures, reports, SOWs, acquisition documents).
• Track and monitor program and T&E risks and conduct risk reviews.

Summary Description

This position offers an exemplary career opportunity to provide T&E services to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Rapid Capability Office (RCO) from component through system level test and demonstration.

• Assist and/or lead test planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting for laboratory, ship-based, and land-based field testing.
• Work with various Government organizations, field testing sites, integrated product teams, technical teams, and various vendors to develop, identify, locate, support, acquire, and manage test requirements.
• Write and follow field test plans and produce test reports.
• Provide meeting attendance/support, presentation development/support, publication support, correspondence, action item tracking/closure in support of assigned Combat System programs.
• Prepare and/or review technical and programmatic T&E documentation (e.g. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, Technical Review Action Plans and Summary Reports Statements of Work, Acquisition documents).
• Track and monitor program and T&E risks and conduct risk reviews.

Support in the development and execution of T&E, program management, acquisition management, and strategies.

Job Requirements – Minimum Skills/Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant work experience.

• Background, knowledge or skillset to assist in a test team setting (e.g. Design of Experiment, statistics; analysis; USN experience; combat system, radar, electronic warfare applications; and target/range services).
• Experience with basic test equipment.
