As a Defense Mission Professional, you’ll bring your technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for the Department of Defense. You’ll define and create future solutions for the U.S. Spe cia l Operations community. The Defense Mission Professional possesses recent first‑hand experience providing innovative implementation, acquisition, and development strategies. In this role, the Defense Mission Professional will serve as the "voice of the client" to define requirements, evaluate new and emerging technologies, and advise the project team to build a tailored spe cia l operations variants of the prototype systems.

8+ years of experience with the Air Force, Army, or Navy, including combat arms and material develop ment organizations
Experience with GCC or ASCC level planning for medical evacuation and logistics
Experience with aeromedical transport planning considerations for medical equipment and logistics
Experience with modeling and simulation toolsets such as STK and VBS
Knowledge of Prolonged Casualty Care or Prolonged Field Care
Knowledge of DoD acquisitions and fielding strategies
Ability to create and maintain solution intellectual capital, including whitepapers, proposals, solution briefings, client presentations, and slick sheets
Experience with providing Training Management including course and schedule develop ment
Experience with material develop ment and project management
Knowledge of emerging and experimental medical treatment and technologies for both Conventional and Spe cia l Operations missions
TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
