Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Life Support Maintenance Manager III / U/W Combat Dive Technologies System Manager II to oversee maintenance and training of combat diving systems and ROVs at JEB Little Creek–Fort Story.

You will develop curricula, manage inventory, travel for NSW training, and provide technical support to WARCOM; requires SECRET clearance and adherence to NOSSA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as certified 5342/M1DV or higher diver.
• Three+ years NSW experience.
• Qualified in 3M Maintenance, QA, and Work Center Supervisor.
• NAVEDTRA 43910-(Series) certification required.
• Forklift license and valid driver’s license.
• OCONUS travel and civilian passport as needed.
• Factory-trained certifications for underwater navigation and propulsion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of combat diving systems and ROVs.
• Develop and deliver end-user curricula for propulsion, navigation, comms, SHIELD SCBA, and ROVs.
• Maintain training records and provide improvement feedback.
• Manage inventory and report deficiencies to leadership and WARCOM.
• Provide technical advice to engineers and WARCOM leadership.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS to train NSW personnel and support operations.
