Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking a Dive Instructor / Dive Equipment Technician to support Special Operations training operations with combat diving instruction, dive supervision, and equipment maintenance.

The role requires delivering classroom, pool, open-water, and field instruction while ensuring safety, readiness, and reliability of military diving equipment. TDY travel within the CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of USSOCOM Combat Diver training programs (AFSC, SFUWOC, or USMC Combat Diver).
• Current Combat Diver qualification within the previous three years.
• Qualified Combat Diver and Dive Supervisor from the approved programs listed above.
• Certified Dive Medical Technician through USSOCOM-recognized program (ATRRS/ CANTRAC/ Diving Medical Technician).
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to travel TDY as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, pool, open-water, and field instruction supporting combat diving training.
• Conduct training on combat diving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Serve as a Combat Diver and Dive Supervisor during training events.
• Instruct students on diving safety, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and QA of diving equipment and life-support systems.
• Maintain diving equipment per USSOCOM, Navy, and DoD standards.
