Job summary

Global Placement Firm is partnering with a Columbus, OH, IT organization to hire an experienced SAP Test Engineer for a fully on-site engagement. The role focuses on upgrading SAP HRP 4.7 to 6.0, integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, designing test scripts, and building automation frameworks with SAP Solution Manager, QTP, HPQC, and Selenium.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP testing, strong leadership of offshore teams, and excellent analytical and communication skills to drive quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP testing and integration.
• Experience leading offshore testing teams.
• Strong SAP testing expertise with SAP/non-SAP integration.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SAP and non-SAP processes using SOLMAN, QTP, and Selenium.
• Prepare, execute, validate, and document test scripts with SAP Solution Manager, QTP, HPQC.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Lead an offshore testing team and drive quality-focused processes.
• Coordinate payroll testing activities and obtain stakeholder acceptance.
• Manage daily test status reporting with the testing lead.
• Develop detailed test scenarios with functional and analyst teams.
• Review requirements and validation criteria throughout the project.
