Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in installation or servicing security systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with electronic testing devices.
• Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of security products and systems (Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, Monitoring).
• Diagnose problems and identify solutions through troubleshooting.
• Explain system functionality to customers.
• Interact with customers, vendors and colleagues professionally.
• Follow safety regulations and Koorsen policies.
