Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance team and supervise service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee apartment vacancies and prepare units for new leases.
• Maintain grounds, keep common areas clean, and ensure resident safety.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs to professional standards.
• Log work orders accurately and communicate effectively with residents and property managers.
