Job summary

The Olen Corporation is seeking a Foreperson to lead operations at our Columbus, Ohio surface limestone, sand and gravel facilities. You will supervise production, quality, and safety, providing leadership in the absence of the Plant Manager.

Ideal candidates have industry leadership experience and an Ohio Foreman license, with a focus on safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible production. Outdoor mining environment; strong teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mining/plant operations with safety compliance emphasis.
• Formal education in mining or construction management preferred; Ohio Foreman license required.
• Ability to direct teams, manage production, and enforce MSHA/environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at Columbus limestone/sand and gravel facilities.
• Support plant manager; supervise production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure MSHA compliance and environmental standards; maintain records.
• Coordinate with operators, mechanics, and quality control teams.
