Job summary

The Olen Corporation, a leading aggregates producer in the Midwest, seeks a maintenance technician for our Columbus dredging facility. You will service conveyors, screens, crushers and related equipment, ensuring safe operation and adherence to maintenance schedules.

The role is a day shift at our south Columbus facility. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and experience with equipment maintenance, inspections, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating procedures of multiple equipment types.
• Able to inspect, diagnose, and report equipment issues.
• Must understand safety protocols on busy construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair dredging-related processing equipment (conveyors, screens, crushers).
• Inspect equipment and record maintenance activities.
• Grease, lubricate, and perform general repairs on machinery.
• Manage safety practices and coordinate with supervision.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and forms.
