Responsibilities

• Receive raw colostrum shipments and inspect for condition and temperature.
• Unload to freezer, rotate stock, and stage for thawing as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and reject substandard containers.
• Pour colostrum into vats, heat and pool product, and manage cleanup.
• Operate forklift to move product and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with bottling/labeling and support safety compliance.
