Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing Required
• Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care following the ANA and State of Michigan standards.
• Follows the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Upholds professional standards including ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research.
• Strives for optimal patient outcomes through critical thinking and quality of care.
