Become part of a physician led 650+ provider multispecialty group with a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. This position will work collaboratively in the Minimally Invasive/Robotics surgical group and with the colorectal division. This position is a key member of the surgical oncology department with the other cancer surgeons in the practice, including fellowship trained surgical oncology, breast, and gynecologic and other advanced foregut, minimally invasive surgeons. This exciting practice would offer a mix of approximately 75%-85% Colorectal surgery and 15%-25% general surgery cases. The emphasis will be on minimally invasive surgery, robotics and advanced therapeutic endoscopy, using a variety of advanced surgical equipment and techniques, including robotics, endoscopic and advanced laparoscopic procedures. Expertise in pelvic floor disorders, manometry and management of complex inflammatory bowel disease preferred but not mandatory for the right fit for the program. Our surgical services department is part of the system's accredited oncology program with relationships with medical and radiation oncology. In addition, this multidisciplinary team is in process of seeking accreditation with the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) with anticipated achievement by Fall 2026.
