Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, Idaho seeks a colorectal surgeon to join a physician-led multispecialty team. The role emphasizes minimally invasive, robotic, and advanced endoscopic techniques within a multidisciplinary oncology program.

The surgeon will collaborate with fellowship-trained colleagues in colorectal surgery, breast, gynecologic oncology, and other foregut specialists. A strong emphasis on accreditation processes and rural-balanced lifestyle is highlighted.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in surgery.
• Completed fellowship in Colorectal Surgery; Idaho licensure.
• Experience with open, MIS, and robotic colorectal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within the MIS/Robotics surgical group and colorectal division.
• Perform complex colorectal surgeries including laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
• Support accreditation processes (NAPRC) and multidisciplinary cancer program goals.
