6 Degrees Search is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon for a full-time position in Hobart, Indiana. The role offers a flexible schedule within a premier, tech-forward healthcare facility and a 1:6 call rotation.

Relocation assistance is available. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus, perform minimally invasive surgeries, and conduct pre- and post-operative care with comprehensive outcome tracking.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20.
• Call Rotation: 1:6.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.

Requirements:
