Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Hobart, IN seeks a colorectal surgeon to join a full-time practice with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:6 call rotation.

You will diagnose and surgically treat colon, rectum, and anal disorders while performing colonoscopies and endoscopies in a tech-forward, balanced environment. Board certification or eligibility is required, with Indiana medical licensure and CSR/DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20.
• Call Rotation: 1:6.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative follow-up care and outcome tracking.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery.
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions

Requirements:
