This role will work closely with the Colorado Water Business Group Manager, Regional Business Development Leaders, and Regional Market Sector Leads. It is responsible for identifying, developing, and directing client business opportunities across our four market sectors: Drinking Water, Wastewater, Federal Water, and Water Resource Management in Colorado. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, establishing new client relationships, developing market networks, forecasting, and leading project pursuits including proposal and presentation development, quality review, and coaching teams. The role also involves market analysis and strategic planning. Strong writing, presentation, and speaking skills are essential.
