SOL Mental Health is a clinician-centered team that supports your best work with structure, collaboration, and tools. This role requires EMDR training and an active Colorado license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC). You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, and participate in a supportive, integrated care model with admin and marketing support. Qualifications

• Active Colorado license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) required.
• EMDR training required/preferred.
• Experience in direct clinical care mandatory.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
