Job summary

Heed Health is seeking EMTs to support events across various venues in Colorado. You will deliver first-aid care, perform CPR when needed, and coordinate with emergency services to ensure patient safety and timely transfers.

This flexible role offers exposure to diverse events and shifts, with a supportive team focused on safety and quality care. Compensation is hourly at $24/hour in Colorado.

Qualifications

• EMT certification or equivalent license.
• Ability to provide first aid and CPR in diverse events.
• Willingness to work at various event venues and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid treatment to injured or ill individuals.
• Perform Basic Life Support including CPR when needed.
• Assess patients and escalate to emergency services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with EMTs and emergency responders for patient transfer if required.
• Work across a range of event environments with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic Life Support : Be prepared to administer basic life support measures, including CPR, to stabilize patients in critical situations.
• Emergency Care Escalation : Evaluate patients' conditions to determine if they require escalation to emergency care and make informed decisions for their well-being.
• Coordination with Emergency Services : Communicate and coordinate with emergency services to facilitate patient transfers when necessary.
