Job summary

Heed Health is seeking EMTs to provide on-site first-aid and wellness support at events in the Cincinnati area. You will be responsible for delivering prompt care, performing CPR when required, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to work in diverse event environments offer practical, hands-on experience while contributing to guest safety and overall well-being. Compensation is an hourly rate aligned with local event medical staffing norms.

Qualifications

• EMT certification valid in the United States.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience providing first aid at events.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid treatment to patients at events, ensuring prompt and effective care.
• Perform Basic Life Support measures, including CPR, when needed.
• Assess patient condition and escalate to emergency services as appropriate.
• Coordinate with EMS to arrange patient transfers when necessary.

• Basic Life Support : Be prepared to administer basic life support measures, including CPR, to stabilize patients in critical situations.
• Emergency Care Escalation : Evaluate patients' conditions to determine if they require escalation to emergency care and make informed decisions for their well-being.
• Coordination with Emergency Services : Communicate and coordinate with emergency services to facilitate patient transfers when necessary.
