Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Basic chemistry and algebra knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of analytical lab or paint experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QC tests for production batches and incoming raw materials per established test procedures and work instructions.
• Develop batch adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Testing and approval of production batches to ensure proper color match.
• Document color data and update batch status in software.
• Maintain and store color draw downs in database.
• Assist in evaluating nonconforming batches and customer complaints.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain lab equipment.
