Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and approve incoming raw materials for production.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment at Gordonsville Material Technology Lab.
• Assist in troubleshooting raw material issues and developing corrective actions.
• Assist in qualification of alternative raw materials and pigments for cost-reduction and formulation improvements.
• Perform testing to support customer requests and update technical product documentation.
• Provide testing and analytical support to other departments as required.
• Draft new and revised laboratory test methods and procedures under guidance.
