Polymer Resources, Ltd. seeks a Color Lab Supervisor based at our Farmington, CT facility to lead color matching for engineering thermoplastics. You will organize mixing operators, assist QA testing, and approve color for ongoing production jobs, matching colors to resins and customer parts.

You will ensure safe, efficient plant operation with on-spec colors, working closely with Production Supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent eyesight with color discernment; color matching required.
• Experience operating a spectrophotometer to measure color.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with supervisors.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing mixing operators for pending orders.
• Support Quality Technicians in testing products and approving color.
• Match colors with engineering resins and customer parts.
• Be hands-on with color-matching to meet specs for production jobs.
• Ensure plant safety and efficiency while maintaining color specs.
