Job summary

Erie High School is seeking a creative and technically proficient Color Guard Instructor to help create a brand new color guard program. This individual will be responsible for developing the technical skills of our students in movement, flag, and other equipment, while fostering a culture of discipline and artistry.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching color guard or dance teams.
• Ability to choreograph routines for performances.
• Demonstrated discipline and artistic instruction.
• Strong communication with students and staff.

• Develop and implement a color guard program for Erie High School.
• Teach technique in movement, flag handling, and performance.
• Foster a culture of discipline and artistry among students.
